Terms of Service
Обновлено в августе 2026 · документ публикуется только на английском языке
These terms apply to games published by Aleksei Slashchev and to the website alexslash.com. By installing a game or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not, do not use them.
1. Who you are agreeing with
Aleksei Slashchev, an individual game developer based in Belgrade, Serbia, reachable at hello@alexslash.com. CHECK if you publish through a registered company, name the company and its registration number here instead.
2. Age
CHECK Set the minimum age to match the game's store rating and the rules where your players live. In most of the EU that means 16 unless a parent consents, and 13 in several other markets. If you are below that age, you need a parent or guardian to agree on your behalf.
3. Permission to use the games and the site
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the games on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment, for as long as they remain available. You do not own the game. Everything in it stays mine or my licensors'.
You may not resell it, rent it, take it apart, decompile it, translate it, republish it, or present any part of it as your own work, except where the law says you may regardless of what this document claims.
4. Purchases and virtual items
CHECK Complete this before shipping anything that sells. If the game sells nothing, replace this section with exactly that sentence.
Where a game sells items: payment is handled by Apple or Google under their terms, not by me, and I never see your card details. Virtual items are a licence to use them inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be moved between accounts. Refunds are requested from the store that took the payment, under its rules. Prices and offers can change, and items can be adjusted or retired for balance reasons.
5. Rules of conduct
Do not cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, use bots or modified clients, tamper with saves or network traffic, or attack the game or its infrastructure. Do not use the game or its channels to harass anyone, to post unlawful content, or to infringe someone else's rights. Do not attempt to buy, sell or trade accounts.
Breaking these rules can cost you access, up to and including permanent loss of the account and anything in it.
6. Anything you submit
If you send feedback, bug reports, suggestions or content — through Discord, email or inside a game — you keep whatever rights you already had, and you give me permission to use it to make and promote the games, without payment. Do not send anything you are not free to share. Feedback is welcome and is not treated as confidential.
7. Community channels and third-party services
Discord, the app stores, and any other outside service have their own terms and their own moderation. I do not control them and I am not responsible for what happens on them, but conduct in my community channels is still covered by section 5.
8. Availability
This is a one-person operation. Games can be updated, paused, or withdrawn from sale, and support is offered as well as I can manage rather than to a guaranteed response time. If a game is discontinued I will say so publicly rather than let it disappear quietly.
9. No warranty
The games and the site are provided as they are. I cannot promise they will be free of bugs, uninterrupted, or perfect on every device. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost progress. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The date at the top is the version in force. Material changes are announced in the game or on this site before they take effect, and continuing to play afterwards means you accept them.
12. Governing law and disputes
Serbian law applies and the courts of Belgrade, Serbia have jurisdiction. CHECK confirm this is what you want, and check it against the consumer rules of the markets you sell in — in the EU and UK, consumers usually keep the right to bring a claim where they live.
Before anything formal, write to me. Most things are a misunderstanding and get fixed in an email.
13. The rest
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once does not waive it. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us about the games and the site.
14. Questions
Anything unclear here: hello@alexslash.com.
Written plainly rather than legally. It is not legal advice. Before you publish a paid or ad-supported game, have this page reviewed by someone qualified, and resolve every line marked CHECK.
